Life is a journey, not a destination. I am here to help people along their path, whatever that may bring. I serve children, teens, adults, families and couples. I come form a multi- cultural and diverse background that helps me work with all populations while always taking into account the uniqueness of each of us.

I am a somatic therapist trained in mindfulness based cognitive behavior therapy and certified in polyvogal trauma therapy. I offer a holistic approach that takes into account the mind- body connection. I have a passion for this approach because we can sometimes ignore the pent up tension and trauma that we carry in our bodies. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I also believe that the body is a largely untapped resource for psychotherapy, and should be addressed alongside our mind to achieve our optimal level of living.

I also help my clients foster mindful awareness, acceptance, non-judgement, self- love, flexibility and fluidity in order to help us connect more authentically to ourselves and others.  This approach helps people struggling with anxiety, depression, anger, OCD, trauma, ADHD, personality disorders, difficult life transitions, low self-esteem, work place stress, and/or relationship difficulties. There has recently been extensive research completed on the overwhelming benefits of mindfulness in all areas of our lives, and I am excited to share this with my clients.

I am focused on creating a safe, nonjudgmental, and collaborative working relationship with my clients in order for them to have the space to be completely authentic. I would be honored to assist you in your individual journey towards health and wellness.  Feel free to reach out to see if we could be a good fit for each other.
